Hello

“Growth is painful, but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.”- Mandy Hale.

My Experience and Commitment to you!

Crystal Williams, LCSW, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Spalding University, and Master of Social Work degree from Spalding University in 2016. It’s always been my view that one of the most important facets of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. This view gives assistance to my collaborative and compassionate approach to foster hope, healing and strength.

I have experience serving on multiple interdisciplinary teams including both inpatient and outpatient, with experience in working with individuals from all walks of life. My field of experience includes focus in depression, anxiety, severe mental illness, stress management, school and work performance and grief and loss. I use the strengths-based approach empowering you to create space for balance, time and strength to embrace your needs. I meet you where you are, and partner with you on your journey as you identify your own individual needs and goals.

Your initial visit will be a collaborative experience of sharing information, identifying goals and building trust. I want you to feel safe, seen, heard and empowered as you move through the natural process of finding meaning. In some sessions, you will practice and reinforce the skills learned in therapy in real life.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching documentaries and reading. I want you to understand that you are in the driver’s seat, my role is to help assist you with navigation. If you are ready to make a change, if you want to work towards reaching your goals/establishing goals, decrease stressors or connect with someone who is non-judgmental, please feel free to connect with me to make an appointment 502.709.7603.
