“My approach is strength based, and I strive during every session, to meet my clients ‘where they are’ in their desire to change. I have a passion for educating clients about what I do, so you can use that knowledge to manage your life independently. My goal is to help you find your inner strength and to guide you to your best life. Sometimes we just need a road map to get to our destination. Think of me as your GPS. I will suggest a direction, and if you take a different path, I will recalculate. Let's take this journey together!”
